I was pleased with the professionalism that Randy and Billy displayed while at my home.
Randy took pictures of my duct system prior to the cleaning to explain to me what he and his team had to do. He also shared photos after the cleaning. I was pleased with their customer service and explaining details to me and will most definitely use Zerorez again and tell family and friends about their outstanding service.

Reasonable pricing, easy scheduling, and very efficient and knowledgeable personnel. Carpets are clean and hygienic afterwards.

The technicians that came in were great. They were nice, courteous and even entertaining. 😁 They did a great job and got most stains out. I love how there was no chemical smell and was dry by the time my kids came home. I do think it's a bit pricey but I do value ay least feeling like it's less toxic for my family.
