The products are amazing, and the floor feel very soft and looks very clean. My carpet looks outstanding and new. The service was fast and did not take long at all to finish.The young lady that did my carpet was excellent and very experienced in what she was doing. I had a lot of spots and my floor was terrible, but when I saw the finished product, I could not believe how dirty my floor was. She did an amazing and outstanding job.Hopefully when we get our floors done again, she will be the one to come out and do it.

Our obviously very experienced and skilled technician, Brian, arrived at 10 am and worked efficiently and expertly to clean the carpet and sofa cushion in my mother's apartment recently. He was so nice and professional. He explained all about the ZeroRez process, and the makeup of the "empowered water." (Those are my words because everyone who listens to WSB knows about ZeroRez! We even chatted about the radio advert.) He was careful working around my mom's wrought iron and glass furniture (loaded with delicate items) we couldn't and didn't want moved. Brian was very personable and polite. My mom thought he was great and "such a nice young man." :)
