I am not knowledgeable regarding the product but the services more excellent professional and great customer service three of my neighbors came and looked at my carpet and they were amazed how nice the carpet look and when it's time for them to get theirs cleaning again they want to you to do there carpet hats off to the young man that service my carpet five stars for me
