The technician was great, the carpet has never been cleaner.
I have a bottle of zerorez spot cleaner but I realized that I don't have
a sprayer attachment to go with the bottle. I may have to come by
the office to get that sprayer attachment. Otherwise, everything is
great! I would recommnend Zerorez to anyone who asks!

I like the fact that your technicians {James, Kyle, Malachi} took the time before the service starts to thoroughly explain the process of cleaning my air ducts and making sure the area around vents was vacuumed afterward. I also appreciated Edley thoroughly explaining the process and charges for my mom's carpets/tile and cleaning the tile a second time since the tile/grout needed it. You have very professional and conscientious employees that will definitely have me recommending your company to others!
