Efficient and effective service.

Y'all came out within days of me calling. I was getting new furniture and needed this done quickly. My tech was Cole. Very nice young man. He immediately got started. We talked while he was cleaning my carpet. Gave him a bottle of water and fruit snacks when he left. Carpets look great. My carpet is 30+ years old, never been cleaned...not sure why BUT....it's done. Carpet has held up very good for all these years and the cleaning gave it a little fluff. Very happy with my tech and the results. I will be using them again. I hope I get Cole also...lol!

As always, the technician came in a well marked truck and was a nice clean looking young man who did a great job. I didn't think I should have had to pay the same price for two rooms as I did for three rooms plus a hall. But, still I was happy with the service. My only hesitation giving a 10 is the truck was actually a piece of junk on the inside. The emergency brake was stuck and when I was trying to help the technician figure it out, I noticed the metal parts of the drivers seat was completely rusted out - unsafe to say the least. The check engine light was on and in general it was in poor shape.

Our carpets take a beating from children, pets, and life. Our carpets are 10yrs old. Are they stained? Yes, there are some stains that have joined our family forever (character marks) it’s the CLEAN of Zerorez that gets my award. No perfumes just a clean feeling and my carpets look awesome. Plus I have never been disappointed with any of their technicians. Always professional and hardworking.

This is the first time that I have had rugs cleaned. Unfortunately, I was not delighted. Granted, one reason could be that the rugs were several years old for this their first cleaning.

Employees are always courteous and helpful, explaining everything they are doing. We have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning and for dryer duct cleaning and had excellent service for both.

The overall experience was great. The lead tech. Richard was very aware in explaining what he was doing and why and answering questions. Zerorez was very careful in preparation so as not to damage anything like floors, doors, painted surfaces, etc. Overall very professional experience.
