They were truthful with what I needed as far as the type of service goes. I called for an air duct cleaning and they saw that I really didn't need to spend money on that service because the air ducts were fine. They could have easily continued with the work and charged me full price. But they consulted with me and let me know that it wasn't worth my money to continue. That's good customer service. Being truthful will keep customers coming back. And I'm definitely going to come back to Zerorez!

Each of the three times I've used Zerorez they have done an outstanding job. Yes, my carpets get clean but the technicians are what really makes the difference. Professional but personable, while caring and considerate seem to define a Zerorez technician. In an era where I've learned to lower my expectations, Zerorez sets the standard for others to follow.
