I've always had clean, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable techs, and they've always been here at the scheduled time. Your office staff are friendly and helpful. And best of all, you get my carpets clean!

Katrecha was very helpful and informative. Her customer service skills are proficient. If I could give her 15 stars I would. The carpet dried up earlier than the estimated time. There are no stains and the house smells excellent. I would definitely recommend her as a technician to anybody she deserves a raise.
