Katrecha provided friendly and efficient service. In & out faster than I imagined. The only disappointment I had was she didn't leave me a spray bottle of Zerorez spot remover. I find it extremely helpful for those touch ups that always need to be done.

Rodney was my service man and was very professional and very kind and was very clear in his explaining what all services he had. The lady on the phone prior to him coming out when I made the appointment was not exactly truthful with me explaining what I was getting for my treatment on my carpets. It was my understanding that I didn’t need any extras to get the stains out of my carpet’s. I also explained to her that I had a 92-year-old mother-in-law living upstairs and wearing depends and she occasionally has PEE in the carpet. After Rodney surveyed my spot he told me that the pre-treatment that she told me would not get up those stains. I was expecting to pay $154 and after Rodney explained why I needed I wound up paying $304 when he left I was expecting to pay $154 and after Rodney explained why I needed The extra things that I purchased I said I have to have my carpets cleaned and when he left I paid $304 for your services. I believe that a manager should call me and apologize at least and give me some money back because of your telephone agent not telling me everything that I needed to clean my carpets.
