I was very pleased with the results. This was the best service ever I have received from carpet cleaning company. My carpet is clean and no residue as they promise. My carpet looks amazing after several years of neglect and my representative was very professional, timely and knowledgeable about his craft.

Scheduling an appointment is always easy. The service techs are always courteous and thorough. I did have one tech a few years ago that did an exceptional job but I did not think to write down his name so that I could always ask for him. But all techs have done a great job.

Carlos did well, was courteous and arrived within scheduled window. He was attentive to my concerns and gave what I considered sound advice and fair pricing.

The were very professional and did a great job cleaning our carpet. I called for service and they had me scheduled within 24 hours. They took out all our stains and left it looking brand new. I was impressed with their service and would recommend them.

Our technician, Joseph B, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond, making our carpets (and especially stairs) look amazing - better than any cleaning we’ve ever had. I’ll actually ask for him by name in the future.
