I got my carpets cleaned about a week ago - I had to get a pad extraction because my dogs were peeing on my carpet and i was not aware of it. The tech was very knowledgeable about what i needed and completed services in a timely manner and was very nice. I have not smelled dog pee at all since he left. I am very happy with my services with Zerorez. I will use them from now on - I have used other carpet cleaning services before and they did not get the dog pee smell out of my carpet like this.
