We were pleased with the service provided. We had a first face to face service the Sunday after the cleaning/sanitization.

The work was fantastic and Emmanuel was very nice and knowledgeable.

They were very nice. But while here my washing machine was running and I noticed when they were in the laundry room working it had stopped mid cycle. I then could not get it to restart. It is less than 2 months old. I asked if by chance they had accidently bumped it while accessing and moving the dryer and they all said no.

The next day, I noticed my washer was leaking from the bottom and now I have a service call in to have it looked at. Just annoying. Seems like it could be related.

But my dryer seems to be working better. Thank you.

Products work - period. I have used this product (B water) for about 5 years and it’s the only thing that will get rid of stains and odor. I literally can’t do without it. I have 4 dogs so it has become a household essential for my family.

The company has made accommodations for me on a couple of occasions that went above what most companies would do. I shake my head because I can’t believe they have been so accommodating. Companies don’t do that these days - but this company does. It would be worth giving Zerorez a try either for using products or services. I’ve used both and never been disappointed. Be ready to be happy!
