We had the carpet in our home for 10yrs, while we have kept It relatively clean, in good condition and previous had our carpet professionally clean. Recently we rented out our home for 1yr and came back to a carpet that look 20+ yrs old with stains/odors. Zerorez exceeded my expectation, the carpet looked brand new, they clean 5 rooms, hallway and stairs. All previous professional carpet cleaner left the carpet super wet and took days to dry, High traffic area still looked unclean, and unpleasant smell. I wish we could do a video testimony of the before and after of zerorez. It is legit the best experience ever. I 100% would use zerorez again and recommend to friends.

The person was very professional. Explained his process and gave me a feeling of security.

First was the ease of setting an appointment day and time online. Was emailed confirmation of appointment with a reminder two days before. On the day of I received a call that the technician was actually available 30 minutes earlier than appointed time. Richard showed up at expected time and proceeded to patiently explain the process and what I could expect from the treated areas. He got started and finished the job earlier than stated time. The results were better than I had expected due to the age of the carpeting and some of the pet stains that I had not been able to clean myself. I would definitely recommend Zerorez of Atlanta to all.

I am actually not at home, haven't seen it all but the technician emailed me before and after pictures which was really good, I liked that and he was friendly. I also liked the flexibility with the schedule. My only concern and it's probably nothing is that one of the photos I was sent as an after photo, had some sort of insulation floating near the entrance of a duct, it wasn't supposed to be there, the technician said he spotted it when he took the photo and removed it, I just wanted to be certain nothing was left inside that could be a potential fire hazard in the future. Other than that he was very helpful and it appears from the photos that he did a great job!
