I had heard a lot about Zerorez, and this was my first time using them. SO many great things to say about our service! The technician remembered and called me by name during the duration of the cleaning. He was thorough, honest, professional, and just all around a great, and down to earth technician.

I had originally requested to have a couch cleaned, but after doing a test run on a fabric sample, we found that it wasn't able to be wet cleaned. The technician was incredibly honest and knew about the results I wanted, and suggested I don't have them clean it.

Instead, I asked him to pack up our floor rug and take it to be cleaned instead - and he did it no questions asked (and this was not a part of the package I had signed up for). We added and changed a few minor things as well, and he was incredibly flexible with all of my requests.

Thanks for wearing masks, shoe booties, and using corner guards at the door frames! We can't wait to see what our rug looks like, and we will definitely use ya'll in the future again.

great technician and results!

The drying time is minimal and the service tech (Brianna) was amazing in her knowledge! I will be asking for her by name the next time. Even though she was training a gentleman that day she was spot on top of everything and gave excellent training in a very respectful manner. In this day and age not many have that gift to train where the other person does not feel like they have done anything wrong but in a way that makes the trainee more engaged in learning. She deserves a raise!

It was fast, dried quickly, Cole was very efficient and explained process. He did forget to leave me a cleaner (please, whenever in this area, leave on my front porch). Carpet is old, but does look cleaner. My eyes bothered me, still are tearing & sore. I wondered if this could be from carpet. Has anyone else experienced this?
