I have been a loyal customer of ZeroRez for close to 30 years. Our technician Sam Powell came out and did a fabulous job. For people that don't know, it was terrific to see him actually looking at every stroke he took, careful to get the edges and then helped me move a couple of heavy pieces of furniture since this is my elderly Mom's home and had not been cleaned for a while because my Father was not well. Sam was friendly and helpful beyond the requirements of good customer service. Now to the product . . . I would not consider using another company. Thank You!

Edley did a good job on our carpets, was very polite and attentive. Unfortunately, just as last year the Zerorez van leaked transmission fluid or oil all over my driveway. I worked for an hour trying to get it off to no avail. The next time we have them clean our carpets I’ll throw a piece of cardboard under the van.
