My original appointment ended with a negative review. The tech rushed through, not thoroughly cleaning along the wall/baseboards, behind doors, and in the corners of the stairs.

Because of this, I received a second servicing opportunity. The manager was a bit reluctant at first, but I explained my position and he scheduled my reservicing. At first he attempted to resend the previous tech, I declined.

Our recent tech, Francis, was quite kind and thorough. She took her time and cleaned all the aforementioned areas I was concerned about. She did not redo the whole floor, so my carpets did not take as long to dry. She was professional and did not call to ask about coming earlier, nor did she rush to leave. Glad I asked for a new service tech.

The house finally feels cleaner and it is definitely due to the carper cleaning. A much better experience, the second time around.

Technology and ver professional technician

I appreciate John’s commitment and coming back to make sure my carpet spot was cleaned. The black ring is no longer there and he stayed until I was happy with the result. When he originally cleaned the carpets he did a wonderful job and I sincerely appreciate him coming back to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction!
