The professional service & upfront cost (no add on fees). The before & after images. The work was completed in an hour. The was a broken ornament that I still have not found in the trash can and try never told me about the mishap.... They told me I needed to replace my filter after the service.... During my previous service at a different property I was told they could sell me one if I didn’t have a new one.... I was informed that I shouldn’t take too long to replace the filter. I went immediately to purchase a filter and replaced it the same day myself.

As a family who just recently fought covid it gave us such a sense of relief to have the fogging treatment done especially since one family member will be coming home from the hospital soon. Malik H that was our technician was absolutely amazing and very thoughtful and respectful. He was great to work with and we appreciate the thorough job he did.
