This is the second time I've used zerorez. This time, was more for carpet cleaning/preservation. Last time was much more comprehensive to help control allergens. Tyler called to come early, which was OK. More time for the carpet to dry. He was very courteous and professional, cleaned a high traffic hallway and small spots in it very well. Tyler's conduct and work result were exemplary. I will continue using zerorez for all my carpet cleaning requirements.

Thanks for a quick appointment, technician was very professional and we love how clean our carpet and stairs turned out. The carpet dried very quickly like within 2 hours. Overall we are very satisfied and we will use again and refer Zerorez.
