I give Joshua a 10 and hope he can receive a bonus for his excellent work ethic. My job was scheduled later in the day, but I preferred an earlier opening if one became available. He called me the day for my service and was able to come 3 hours earlier, which was a tremendous help to me.

I highly recommend him and Zerorez. Carpet dried quickly and no residue left.

There was no odor and the carpet didn't get crunchy since it doesn't get as wet. Upholstery came out beautifully. Amazing difference!
