They were professional, courteous and obviously highly experienced. We had our vents “cleaned” by another company two years ago and they cost a lot less and did a lot less. ZeroRez is at the high end of the cost scale and does the job the way it’s supposed to be done. You pretty much get what you pay for.

Carlton, the technician, was top notch. He really made sure I was pleased with every room he cleaned. He also offered some helpful hints regarding pet carpet care. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and quality work.
