I had to plan a last minute bday movie trip for my daughters special day. The Santikos website was down that day so I called to see if there was a way to order tickets over the phone. Hopefully i get this employees name correct, but Morris helped me locate the seats I wanted and put them on hold till i could get there and pay for them since Santikos doesn't take credit card info over the phone. I was so appreciative because it was so last minute and some of her friends didn't know if they'd be able to make it till it was too late to go by and get them. Big thanks to Morris!

First of all because it's a new theatre. Also, the customer service reps were very friendly and helpful. I hope the staff can keep it looking new for awhile. The seats and tables could be cleaner.
Fun atmosphere, comfortable reclining seats!!!
Everything, there are no long lines at the concession desk for refreshments, or at the ticket counter! You can also find your theater really quick and your seats. You can enjoy real food if you like while watching a movie and you can relax as if you are at home with reclining seats (if your movie purchase has that feature). Lastly, once you are done watching a movie you can enjoy a game of bowling if you so desire. How cool is that!
Everything was good, food, movie, the staff were somewhat ok. They just need to be more attractive to the customer. Where they check you movie tickets, the 2 people that were there, where on another level talking about something else personal that happened & not so much attentive to say, enjoy your movie or anything like that. Then, during our movie, there was a family with 3 or 4 kids, they were talking loud, making noises, hitting our chairs & just very disruptive. We are not ones to go & complain, just wish we could have enjoyed the movie a little better. We pay a lot & for the service to be treated like this. Overall, we will come back & it's a great place to watch a movie.

I liked all the cool new sections in the theatre. Plenty of workers to help you with what ever you need. Good food options.

The whole experience is great. The employees are friendly. The accommodations great also. Me and my family always have a good time when we visit.

Excellent customer service. However, the kiosks seem to be a waste. No one ever bothers with them as far as I can see. Most either already have their tickets before they walk in or they stand in line for the full service. Plus why is there a tax when you use kiosks? Who would you want to pay more when you can avoid tax at the desk. Every time I go I see kids just standing around kiosks socializing cuz nothing else to do. Bowling prices are steep❗️I'm not recalling if there was a grill for burgers and fries ? Most bowling alleys have this. A security guard would be really nice as many women go to movies with multiple kids.
The reclining seats are so spacious and comfortable. This theater is amazing. Everything you want and more. It's the best way to watch a movie
I went bowling at Casablanca for the first time and just loved it! It was quiet, not crowded, and our waitress was extremely attentive.

May son and I share the same birthday, August 10th ( National Lazy Day ). We saw Suicide Squad in a reclining theater and had a mess deliver. All was great - our birthday and celebrating the day. I must also say, Thank you, as my ticket was free throughSantikos Loyalty Rewards.
The environment and people.
I have gone in the past and haven't had any issues. Very clean and well managed. Yesterday we did have a little issue the project seemed to be having a problem and caused the movie to be stopped and had to wait about 15 minutes.
