First I want to say I've love Santikos and been going to Santikos for a long time and I love you theaters all around the city. Robert Trevino is a amazing general manager not only does he give great customer service but he actually goes the extra mile to help out his staff to give the customers the best satisfactory as possible and service. This gentleman is on his way to be a Vice President somewhere I just hope that it is at Santikos for their customers. Thank you.👍
I love the facilities. There was so many employees that if I had a question there was someone there to answer them. Also with so many employees the theatres were very clean.
Love the whole place. The comfy seats to the bowling. It made a very nice day.
The food is great, however we don't know which cashier is open to take orders and there is constant confusion from customers trying to figure this out. Otherwise total experience is awesome.

Love how after buying the tickets online, I can walk straight to the people telling what theater your movie is in. There they will scan the barcode on your phone and you're ready to go!

Great service at the bar, and new ways to purchase tickets via kiosks, but still plenty of staff on hand to help if needed.
I liked the self service tickets. What I didn't like us the theatre that we were in did not have the recliners like my first movie here. I did not realize all the theatres were not equipped the same. And being on the 2nd row from the screen would've been nice in a recliner since we were so close.

Spacious
I am a vegan so I was really pleased that my waitress helped make up a veggie-friendly meal for me to eat. That being said, I would really hope to see some vegetarian/vegan items make it to your menus someday. A veggie burger and/or veggie hot dog can easily be added on.
