Entire experience was great. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and staff helped retrieve online ticket purchase from the kiosk machine. Service at the counter was fast. We also were helped to our seats by another staff member when we asked him which side of the theater our seats were located. Really friendly and great staff!! Would absolutely go again!!

I loved the nice reclining seats which were very comfy and roomy to sit in. The cup holders and small tray helped out a lot to hold our snacks. We loved that the soda/popcorn necessities were all near the theater entrances and bathrooms. Very clean theater and helpful staff.

I love the recliner seats and that there's so much room in the aisles for people to walk comfortably without disturbing people in their seats. Staff is friendly and the theater has an overall great atmosphere.

Many extremely helpful personnel in all areas. I found my Santikos rewards card after ticket and snack purchases and even was explained how to have points registered to me. We were overly impressed and will return!!

The new kiosks & the reclining seats. Dont love the one bathroom but maybe I havent found the others yet. Also, the kiosk cant find my tickets when I purchase tickets for multiple nights through fandango. Fix that-lol! Otherwise....AWESOME THEATRE!!
