The staff seem educated and very friendly
The abilty to bowl while waiting for our movie to start. was amazing. The service at the bowling alley was awesome as they consistently checked to see if we needed more drinks. The theatre chairs were so comfortable! It was a wonderful night of building memories with our family! Thanks, Samtikos!
We like that it's new, nice, and clean. We enjoy the recliner chairs and that we FINALLY have a Santikos theater near our home!

I like how clean all of the establishment is and how kind the employees are.
I loved the confortable reclining chairs. The only thing i worried about tripping staff doing food and beverage service.
First and foremost, the staff is extremely friendly. Second, the theaters are simply incredible. I have not watched a movie anywhere else since the grand opening.

The restrooms, drink station and theatre were very clean! The staff was very friendly and competent.
Love the spacious & comfortable seating, the bathroom availability. Love the bowling alley & sports bar. Only issue I have is food prices are a little expensive, not enough seating. Drink fountain is way inside away from lobby seating so if we get there early & buy a drink feel it's an inconvenience to go in to get a drink & then come back out to the lobby to wait for our movie. Hopefully parking will be fixed soon.

Server Ashlee at the bar was super awesome. She was very friendly and make great recommendations. She provided outstanding customer service that will ensure we return.
The size of the auditoriums and the sound quality. It's not too loud or too soft. The temperature is pleasant, not too cold or too hot.
It was clean, comfortable, the chairs recline with plenty of room to walk in front off. I like the in theater service. Great experience, will definitely be back.
