The recliner seats and seat side service
I love the new theater. I'll go again. However, the LASER projection movies are terrible. The glasses are horrible. Everything white looks purple. You can't see the whole screen clearly. The glasses hurt your eyes. I went with 10 people and every single person thought it was terrible. I went to another movie and again, horrible experience. Is anyone giving you positive feedback on LASER 3D??? I also felt like I had to watch the movie cross eyed to be able to focus on the movie. LASER was terrible. Never going to another LASER movie.
My family loves the recliners and spacious room inside the theater. There is no "bad" seat!

I love your theatre. There is one concern that I experienced on Monday 8-21-16. 4:00 showing BenHer. Usually we like to sit 10 min. before the show being that my partner is handicap.This time we walked in the theater and were told by your cleaning crew we couldn't sit down. By cleaning crew I mean only one person. I'm just suggesting better plan of scheduling cleaning crew.
Everyone is very friendly, cleanliness, and comfortable.
The seats in the theatre
Love the recliners. But I wish you still had membership cards. It's a hassle typing my email and password on your touch screen when others are waiting in line behind me.
Seats were awesome
That it was a nice place, so clean and friendly, the food is so good, and love the gelato. The theater its so confortable and so accessible to the bathrooms and fountain for the drinks, like it a lot.
I like that the screens are real nice and the place is clean. Can you please keep up the place being clean and clean the theater rooms better they are a mess and gross and it's sad that its so new that the seats are sticky old popcorn unDer the chairs. Other than that this place is amazing I would refer anyone to go there. Once you fix the problem with the theater room it would be top of line theater.
It's just so pleasant to come into the theatre, it's a beautiful experience.
The atmosphere love the seating enjoyed all the ticket vending machines but I did not care to wait 15 minutes in the concession line with only one cashier for such a huge place
The staff is friendly and always eager to be of assistance. The seating is better than any other theater in San Antonio.

The customer service when I discovered my email was typed incorrectly for rewards- they were super nice about correcting it. The only thing I would change is changing up the menu a little bit to create more variety.

Everything!!! The huge theaters, comfortable recliner seats, having the row marked on the carpet, having unsweet ice tea and more diet soda choices, the cafe and bowling alley (tho I don't bowl) are nice. I've recommended Casa Blanca to friends with teens. Love the bars and being able to order food in the theater. My husband and I are seniors. We go to the movies every weekend and this past weekend we went twice. Love the rewards program. Also love the adults only theater. Suggestions would be to offer peanuts or mixed nuts at the snack bar because the edamame is awful. Need a low carb snack. Also it would be fab to have a screen or two for indie films like the Bijou offers. Hate having to drive all the way to the Bijou to see certain films. Thanks.

PRO: Everything, BUT ... ! The theatre was perfect in every way, with only one exception. On my second visit to Casa Blanca my girl friend and I were placed in the theatre equipped with the recliners and "service buttons". We will NOT make that mistake again. CON: On said visit to the theatre with the "service buttons" we were CONSTANTLY (at least 10 times, if not more) interrupted by theatre personnel crossing in front of us to deliver food to people during the movie. One of the staff actually ran into me knocking me back into my seat, during one of their incessant deliveries! The solution (for me anyways) is to not return to the "service-oriented" screens. On a side-note, I found it ironic that just before the movie began we were prompted to turn our cellphones off as to avoid disturbing other viewers, only to be routinely interrupted by the service staff during the movie who were delivering food. Might I suggest a solution for you and your staff? When training staff on delivering items during a movie have them pre-plan out a pathway that interrupts the FEWEST amount of viewers. This way, they simply interrupt the one patron ordering food at the end of the row, and not walking down and disturbing an ENTIRE seating row to reach that one person at the opposite end that could not order their popcorn before the show like everyone else!

The new recliner seats as well as the bowling alley. The food is also very good. Just wish more of the theater screens served food inside the room.
