First and foremost, I wanted to let your staff know that I always have a great experience when visited your theaters especially Casablanca. I was able to book an event in the past and enjoyed every minute.
I do have a slight concern. I'd order 2 large pizzas for my guests. The pizza was outstanding and the ingredients used were delicious. My concern is how it was charged. The cashier (who was really nice) said they needed to be charge per slice, which cost $39 per pizza. It was a bit of a shock (lol) but I paid for it. When I did the birthday party event in the past, the pizza came out to $20 per pizza.
I am suggestion if there is a way to provide a discount for pizzas sold as a whole. I understand every dollar goes back to the community but at the same time, it was a bit expensive.
Either way, I will continue to be a loyal customer and hope to hear from your staff.

Its always a great experience to go to any of the Santikos theaters. We live in close proximity to 3 of the theaters, so either one can and will take care of our needs.

I’m a huge Star Wars fan so I was super excited to see the new movie and Casa Blanca is my movie theatre of choice. Unfortunately when I was pre ordering my tickets something happened and it booked my seats at another theatre, SAD!! I showed up at Casa Blanca and the kiosk wouldn’t let me get my tickets because without me knowing the tickets were booked for another theatre. I went to the service desk and Carmelo was amazing. He completely understood and explained that sometimes when getting your tickets online it messes up and changes theatres. He quickly found us tickets for the movie without us having to pay extra and even though we had to sit in the first row we absolutely enjoy the movie and the food. Carmelo was amazing and very kind. Thank you for the great customer service and the lovely new movie theatre. And because Carmelo was so awesome I became a loyalty member and will continue to see movies at Casa Blanca even though there’s a theatre much closer to my house.😎😎
