There are numerous reasons why my whole family loves this place. But more significantly the volume is not too loud and it is not freezing cold like most other movies locations we have visited in San Antonio. Actually we bypass Silverado movies for these 2 major reasons. It is very frustrating to watch a movie at Silverado because it is always freezing cold and the volume is set way too high. Therefore, we drive past Silverado and go further down 1604 to visit Casa Blanca.
fast,friendly service and people who knows what are they doing at the concession stand .I been there many time and was fine but one day the girl was talking to another , gave the wrong order and I had to come back after I checked but the manager gave the money and fixed everything . never mentioned before because one time out of many me and my kids wasn't a big deal. I wish for more showtime when the movie is popular too.

My husband and I take our kids to the movies every Friday for the last 15 years. It has become a family tradition. We recently moved to the Alamo Ranch area and immediately went to what would be "our theater" Casa Blanca. We have been to many theaters over the years and Casa Blanca was by far the best all around theater. My kids enjoy playing a game or two of bowling before the movie. The drinks at the bar are great and we like the food from the cafe. What I am most surprised about is how friendly the staff is. Everyone greats you with a smile. My husband and I enjoy the reclining seats and spacious room in the theater rooms.
