Our server Ronald was really nice. Place always clean. Ticket scanners always helpful and knowledgeable. Always busy, but never have to wait for entrance to seats nor at the concession. My family and I only utilize this theater in Alamo ranch, primarily for the reasons stated above.

I like that I can purchase tickets thru the mobile app, walk right in to our theater. Casa Blanca in a beautiful venue, we drive over an hour to get there, but it’s well worth it.

Every staff member is always so friendly. The only negative is that, I always buy my tickets online, when I go to the kiosk to enter my card and retrieve my tickets, it always gives me an error reading I cannot pick up my tickets please proceed to guest services. I end up having to wait in line...only downfall. This has happened the last 3 weeks.

Everything, my family and I always have a great experience at Santikos. The staff is corteous, everything is clean, prices are as reasonable as they can be at the movies. I also love that Santikos gives back as much as they do to the community, this is a big reason why I choose Santikos over other theaters whenever possible.
Casa Blanca is amazing! I love how they have a concessions pick up. All I have to do is type in my number and get my popcorn. They also let me know when my food is ready by texting me. I’ve never been to a theater like that!
