Would have been a 10, but theatre was still dirty from the previous showing. Please check in between seats for trash and seat smelled like body odor. This won't change my mind to going to Casa but it will make me look twice before seating.

I had an issue and it was resolved. I have a guest pass waiting for me at pickup. I'm going to visit on my day off to pick it up. Great service.
