The customer service and cleanliness
Great service
Every staff member is always so friendly. The only negative is that, I always buy my tickets online, when I go to the kiosk to enter my card and retrieve my tickets, it always gives me an error reading I cannot pick up my tickets please proceed to guest services. I end up having to wait in line...only downfall. This has happened the last 3 weeks.

Everything, my family and I always have a great experience at Santikos. The staff is corteous, everything is clean, prices are as reasonable as they can be at the movies. I also love that Santikos gives back as much as they do to the community, this is a big reason why I choose Santikos over other theaters whenever possible.
Casa Blanca is amazing! I love how they have a concessions pick up. All I have to do is type in my number and get my popcorn. They also let me know when my food is ready by texting me. I’ve never been to a theater like that!

I went to watch The Avengers. This being on of the most anticipated movies of the year. The parking was at capacity. The theater was packed.
I just wanted to commend the staff at Casa Blanca for being amazing, and for handling the overwhelming volume of customers like professionals. I was really impressed on how the customer service was on point. From the ticket counter, the concessions, and the ushers.
This is why Casa Blanca is my Theater of choice because of the outstanding commitment the staff has to excellence.
The staff didn’t just go above and beyond, they transcended.

Service staff is always friendly
I would like to say that even though we love Santikos and this theater being so close to home ... would it be possible to update/fix several of your reclining chairs. The leather is worn and cracked, especially in your middle section of the theater. If this could be updated that would be great!

I love this theater it has various types of screens and the best sound quality to choose from for your movie experience. Not to mention the food is great and there's even a bowling alley. What more could you ask for?

Everything quite honestly. The hospitality and the venue are awesome! Plus it’s basically in my backyard.
The seats
I always go to Casa Blanca every chance I get. The staff is always helpful and courteous, and I really enjoy seeing movies in either of the two big AVX auditoriums.
