We were seeing a movie at 750p and when approaching the concession stand there was a long line with one register open....reminded me of going to Walmart and only having one lane open... we proceeded to go to our seats and order from there. I ordered chicken tenders and Texas burger.. when i recvd the burger it had no brisket... the menu clearly stated it came with 1/2 pound of brisket on a chuck patty with bacon and the trimmings.... when getting with the food runner they explained that the brisket was the patty and there was a change in menu... completely frustrated, i asked them to take it bk and ordered the tenders as my meal
The whole experience was awesome. Seating, food, movie and atomsphere were wonderful.

I love the fact Santikos has great customer service, multiple things to do while I wait for a movie but most of all they do great things for our community. I have been going a long time not one time was I dissatisfied with food, customer service or cleanliness.
They have great customer service and it's always clean. Like to go early and bowl before we go see our movie. We always have a great time.
