I must admit I love this theater. It is my preference of all of the ones available. I love buying tickets on line and love the food. Have always been greeted and welcomed by staff. General attitude and feel is very good.
I love this place, love the space, love the theater, but I don’t like that the ushers don’t come and check the theater when the movie starts, to look out for the cell phone, iPad watchers, the kids that are walking around kicking seats. Other than that it’s a great place.

My only negative feedback is that Casablanca doesn’t offer reclining seats in all of its theaters like the Palladium.
