Then Y offers a variety of services and programs for all ages. I primarily use the fitness center since they offer aerobic machines, free weights , strength training machines as well as isometric equipment

I like the group exercise classes and their tine frames. I’m retired so like a late morning slot.

The variety, the instructors, the many choices and timeslots offered

Lots of different types of physical activities available. Cardio/weight room has plenty of equipment, well maintained and clean. I haven’t had reason to talk to any of the attendants or trainers but would feel comfortable asking a question or for help with form, etc.

The pool and other facilities

I like the staff. Think the facilities could be a bit cleaner though.

Wellness centet

We love how dedicated the teachers are and how much they love working with the kids. My daughter has learned and grown with the love of the Y.

I enjoy taking aqua fit deep. I only wish that it was offered at least 3 days a week all year round. - I do not understand why the time and frequency change twice a year, when the teacher is available and there are 25 people in the pool taking the class.

The opinions I hear is this has to do with lap swimmers - and that the Y prioritizes them for some reason. Is that tree

I also take my 3 year old grandson to the pool on weekends, he has a great time. Occasionally we use the child watch, the people in there are very nice and treat the children well.

The group exercise instructors are awesome!

Right now, I am playing pickleball and using the free weights. Once the weather forces me off the roads, I will start joining the cycling classes as well.

I like the friendly attitude of the staff and members of UMLY. Though I am an improving intermediate pickleball player, the other players are always encouraging and give me tips do help me improve.

I am always impressed with how enthusiastic the instructors are to all of us during the intense cycling classes.
