A great welcoming place to learn the FUNdamentals of Basketball
The coaches and staff are amazing.
Program is run well. One bit of feedback having coached two sessions is 12 kids to a team at this age is too many. 10 or below is where the teams need to be in order to ensure kids stay engaged and have enough playing time. Having to make multiple substitutions in a half beyond the “line change” mid way through is not ideal.

Love the warm water in the children’s pool. The contents, not so much. Sometimes it can be very pleasant when I’m by myself.
The amount of courts and pools
Overall a positive welcoming experience but I swim and your Pool C is an excellent facility and should be open to give us more lanes beyond B where splitting lanes prevents me from the strokes I need. What a waste of heating energy to have C so underutilized

The silver circuit programs.
I love that this facility has a programs where children 10 -12 yrs old can use orange machines once trained. I like the options of indoor/ outdoor basketball, tennis and swimming. Im interested in many of the family/children activities. My goal and passion would to attend dance classes by next year!
I love Ms. Samantha who does pre school musical theater. She is a fabulous teacher. She is always so well prepared, very creative, and very patient.
Coach and family involvement. Our coaches have been absolutely amazing! Supporting and encouraging all the kids and generally interested in how they are all doing both inside and outside of practice and games. They are responsive to parents and have so much knowledge to impart to our kids!

Easy, convenient, accessible.
The programs offered at UMLY are plentiful and fun! The swim team is a huge part of our family's life and we especially enjoy the outdoor 50m during the summer months. I tell anyone who will listen how much the Upper Mainline YMCA has helped our family stay healthy and in-touch with our community.
I love taking classes, especially Body Pump and yoga. On other days, I use the gym for cardio or to enhance my strength training goals.
Enjoyed the tour of the facilities from the woman at the front desk. Looking forward to using the yoga area. /
Everyone is so nice and helpful. Facilitites are wonderful
I like the flexability. I can bring my granddaughter, drop her off in the kids watch while I go do class. Then I can pick her up, take her swimming during free swim. It works so well to get her tired out while I get to do strength training and stretching. Thank you for all you do! What a blessing.
