Friendliness of staff and members

I appreciate the variety of offerings and the access to facilities such as swimming pools.

I am an mainly outside cyclists. I have been a member of the Y for many years. I am retired and no longer need to attend 6am classes. I was looking for a good cycling experience in the morning. I have participated in a couple of SPIVI classes and far prefer them to the cycle Beats offered at West Chester Y. Thank you for offering this alternative for me.

Availability and timing of classes.

I enjoy the classes, yoga, pickleball, swimming laps. and the gym. The Y has all bases covered. There's something for everyone here.

I love the Silver Sneakers classes, the Instructors are great.

Intro to Pickleball was very good.

Outdoor courts are great.

Looking forward to swimming soon.

I enjoy that there are always swim Lanes available.

All staff are knowledgeable in their field of exercise. Always giving injury prevention measures, give options geared towards member’s ability, pleasant and fun! Range of class options! I love moving it up!!

Nice location with good parking

great equipment. nice environment.

but...

mens locker room (near pool) is dirty...sinks / toilets not clean, need toilet paprer. showers missing shower gel

jacuzzi...closed for too long

The instructors, Tina, Barbara, and Sandra, are wonderful and make exercising fun. And it is a great way to form new friendships. It is nice, too, to receive a warm greeting and smile from the
reception desk staff to start.

There is a nice variety of classes and activities and it is easy to find and enroll in them.

Classes are very helpful and the facility is excellent

There are a wide variety of program for all ages. I am a senior and have many classes I could attend. All the instructors are friendly and welcoming.

Haven’t used any services yet.

I like the upstairs gym and enjoy the various pieces of workout equipment.

Great instructors in tennis.

Good times for indoor Pickleball.

I love the group classes. I feel that all the instructors and staff have been great and attentive to personal fitness needs. UMLY has a lot to offer for families and individuals. So if one class/activity is full, there is usually something else offered.

I love the classes and instructors. Body pump is my favorite. It is always clean
