Fitness center is always very clean , enjoy using it very much however I do miss the prone glute machine which was removed. It was much easier to use than the new one

Programs are available for all age levels. I have been impressed with how many older adults (both male and female) get up year round to enjoy our deep water aerobics classes.

I enjoy playing tennis and pickleball at UMLY. The head of racquet sports and his staff has been very accommodating to our senior tennis players.

The classes I attend and the instructors are top notch and are keeping me in shape, strong and slowing down aging. They also make it fun.
