The amount & flexibility

Great variety of classes and equipment! I recently visited the Y in Doylestown PA and the live TV available when on equipment was very limited. Also they only have occasional yoga classes available. Our Y has so much to choose from. Also nice sauna area too.

Group classes are super, variety, great instructors, friendly instructors, thanks for senior events, great exercise gym upstairs, good hours, variety of resources.

Sheer breadth of programs and activities. Something is available for everyone, whether young/old, single/couple or families.

There is plenty equipment (in working order) in the wellness center. It’s always clean and easy entry access in my mobile app!

Prompt people, great facilities, and a great location. What more could you ask for?

I love all the Silver Sneakers classes. The Cardio classes on Mon-Wed-Fri and totally full. It would be nice to have other sessions of this class and other senior classes. Maybe late afternoons? Everyone has different schedules and commitments, so adding late afternoon classes may work for some - including myself!

The only complaint I have is the parking. Between 530-7 parking is incredibly difficult. I would suggest scheduling each activity 30 mins apart so more spots closer to the facility would open up. Besides that everything is great

There have recently been some new programs added including Silver Swans, ballet for adults, and I love it. It’s great for the body, posture and movement poise. Our teacher is the dance director and she’s fantastic. It’s also been wonderful to meet other members who share this interest and we decided to do a group outing to a ballet also!

I have belonged to numerous exercise clubs over the years and for the first time ever I found a class I love at the Y, i.e., Silver Sneakers Cardio with both Tina and Barbara. I also spoke to Cindy with whom I have scheduled some training sessions. Talking with her on the phone I just know she will be the right trainer for me.

pickle ball is pretty popular now；hopefully there are more indoor time slots during weekends at umly

Love to swim in the indoor and 50 meter pools.

I like the wide variety of options at UMLY. I appreciate the friendly workers. I love being able to grab a quick cup of coffee on my way out the door.

I have used the personal training program and gym. My trainer gave me confidence, kept me on course towards my goals, and gave me new exercises and pushed me to be better. The gym has all the equipment anyone would need to achieve their goals and maintain their progress. I like that they have redundant machines so that more than one person can work the same machine. Well maintained space and very friendly and helpful staff.
