First , the courteous and helpful desk staff, they are always cheerful and happy to see you.
It’s obvious that they enjoy working at the YMCA.
Next , the lifeguards , they are also friendly in demeanor , but are professional, their interactions with you are as brief as possible and they never look at you . Their eyes remain on the swimmers , as they should be.
It is the same with the staff in the gyms ; also helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
Finally , the maintenance staff , friendly and diligent in keeping the facility clean and safe .

I only attend one class, but I attend it regularly, and have for almost two years: Aqua Fit Deep. It’s a wonderful workout — challenging and fun — taught by a wonderful, talented, professional instructor.

I love the basketball gym.

The online schedule, however, is often filled with errors and missing segments of time. I have reported this problem and I hopefully it will be fixed.

We love swim and child watch. Our family enjoys going to the musicals. There is something for everyone.

Good pickle ball courts inside and out.

I love the workout room almost never have to wait for machines, but sometimes there is wait for a treadmill. After work outs I go to the hot tub in the swimming room area and then the sauna which is close by.

Variety. Convenient times. Good teachers.

Combination of mind-body classes and tennis.

Can you please modify the app so that it can 1: not require re-etering password every time 2: have the app recognize the current date

I LOVE the Silver Sneakers classes. Great instructors! I’ve made many friends there too. I usually attend 3 x a week.

Recently a y member had their license plate stolen in the daytime on a Saturday. Other members have had their cars vandalized. We should consider cameras in the parking lot and other security measures. Tredyffrin police do occasionally patrol but it is not enough. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this issue

There are propositions for everyone

I love the swim basics program with Mr. Frank. He is a caring and a kind teacher who is also effective with the kids. Thank you for such great people around our kids.

Indoor tennis

Friendly staff and the facility is excellent.

I actually just joined last week under Silver Sneakers so I’ve yet to use the facilities .
I am looking forward to using the exercise equipment and the pools as well as attending senior chair yoga.

I am enjoying the pickleball outdoor and indoor facilities, and my wife takes advantage of the exercise classes.
