Exercise classes are good for health and there are quite a variety. Others who attend regularly become friends.

Tennis

I have attended the Les Mills SHAPES and Pilates classes by Chrissy Gilder and Yoga classes by Hannah Kapp. I loved the classes and the way they teach to tune the body. This actually makes me feel very positive and energetic all the day.

I would want to explore more opportunities in the coming days.

I love the warm pool where I swim laps in the early afternoon. Everyone welcomes me as I enter the building which promotes a nice atmosphere. Keep up the good work .

I am addicted to pickleball...I appreciate the umly ymca can try to add more schedules for members!

The classes

Kids swim classes at level 4 - the young instructor is really good and helping kids to improve their skills. I would like to send a praise.

We built our house,45 years ago, to be close to the Y, and still live there, using the pools all summer.

Enjoy participating in the group classes. Members are friendly and helpful, and the instructors motivating.

My kiddo has been slow in confidence forever. The teachers have been so very patient with him and he’s finally making major strides! Thanks for your reassurance: to Frank, Nicki, and Bill!

In contrast to the current Washington DC administrations war on diversity, equity and inclusion the Y offers many great programs for small children, teens, adults and seniors promoting community among the people who use the Y. What I see when I come to the Main Line Y everyday is a microcosm of America people of different races, culture ,economic and social background and probably religious belief or non belief. Don’t ever let that end

The gym is great for a retired person to try to keep active and mobile and healthy.

Great people

The activities are varied, fun and the instructor very enthusiastic. I like the fact that she doesn't use a whole lot of equipment so we can practice easily at home. The music used was a bit too loud though. I would love to go back again.
