I am taking swim lessons with Bill. He is a great instructor. He is also very personable and makes the class interesting and fun, as well as valuable for swim lessons.

My daughter loves Mr. Bill, he is her favorite teacher. She loves having the group lessons, as she "learns from the other kids." She is making friends.

I would like to inform the Upper Main Line YMCA that the basketballs at this Y were deflated. And, the pickle ball courts were painted too close to the wall!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

at 83 yo, I focus on using the weight machines on the second floor for one hour to keep in physical shape. I do walking (2-3 miles) to keep my heart strong, outside while the weather is good. In the winter I do the treadmills.

My whole purpose is to keep active and strong - and to beat back the aches and pains of age through exercise.

I do exercise so that I am able to do exercises...And the "Y" allows me to do it.
