It's a great place and the staff keep the place neat and make you feel welcome every time you visit. Great facility very nice fitness and athletic equipment. I especially like the swimming pool and the saunas and as if that is not enough there is free sponsored coffee too for coffee lovers like myself.
The wide variety of classes and equipment is great. Also, the staff are always so friendly and upbeat.

I like the fact that I can go to lotvof facilities around me. I wish I could even go to rocky run which is currently not in network.

1. Lots of high quality equipment and flexible hours make the Y an easy and enjoyable experience to visit, to stay fit.
2. Friendly and knowledgeable staff enhance the enjoyment of my visits, never far away but not intrusive, and very helpful when needed. They make sure to know the members on a first name basis, which makes me feel appreciated as a member.
3. My family's membership experience is a pretty good value for the cost.
4. I feel good about supporting the Y's mission of improving the quality of life of all members of our community. I wish more people knew how much we do for those who need our help.

Friendly staff members
Love the Y. The body pump class with Lisa is spectacular. Wish there were 1-2 lanes open for general lap swim on the evening. It often feels like a children's swim class is happening every night.
The Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes are invaluable. Christine is a truly gifted instructor. As a physical therapist, I find the lessons gleaned from her classes not only help me personally but also improve my treatment of patients. This program is the main reason I attend the Y.

I love the clean facility and the fact that equipment is available for use. The place doesn't get too crowded, which makes the equipment available. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
The Kennett Square YMCA is clean, friendly, and has lots to offer.

The staff in the workout rooms is always very helpful and full of smiles.
I so enjoy going in and working out. Your hours are awesome. Just about anyone can get there with your open hours. You have programs, equipment and sessions for everyone. You are greeted so nicely by all the gals at the front desk. Eric is a doll. You ask him anything and he takes care of it or explains things so anyone can understand.
