Friendly staff, clean facility, great place to work out.

Our family has been long time fans of KAY. Quarantine was incredibly hard...not seeing our Y friends or having the opportunity to create endorphins to keep both body and mind healthy. Virtual classes were a life saver. We have come back inside just a few weeks ago and are tremendously impressed with the mitigation in place to keep safety paramount. It’s so wonderful to be back!

First and most importantly the Y is clean. The ladies who clean the locker room are working all of the time!! I am a swimmer and the pool is always clean...also very important. I only use the pool and the weight rooms only due to time constraints

I like the Tai Chi class on Wednesdays.

I enjoy the camaraderie.

I am currently only going to the pool, and am grateful for our Tuesday and Thursday classes with Robin. I do go to the pool to "do my own thing" Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It's great that you have Maureen coming to do some classes. I probably won't go since that doesn't fit into my schedule, but I have heard from several people that they are delighted!

Exercise equipment is well maintained.

Often seeing the same people builds a sense of community.

Cleanliness standards are high - important during this pandemic.

Most instructors are very good, missing former yoga teacher very much.

The Kennet YMCA has convenient hours. A good diverse choice of cardio equipment and strength training equipment.

The programs that you had in the past were great; good selection and all levels were accommodated. Hopefully, those will resume in the future. You are doing a great job with safety and cleanliness as we navigate through Covid.

I have not tried them. I just use machines and mat for core workout.

I love the people! The Kennett Y instructors are exceptional and so are the everyone who work there. Christine and Erin are the two of the best ladies who work at the front desk. They are both always professional, friendly, helpful and happy! Love to walk in and see their happy faces. Thanks to Aaron from facility to keep the place running! Love the KY instructors especially Mike, Mary, Kelly M and Kelly J, Suzi and Lorraine. Can't thank them enough to help me and all the members stay healthy physically and mentally during this unprecedented time. So grateful to all the instructors who worked during the holidays during the recent shut down and teach the classes outdoor. They are truly our Y Superheroes! I am still disappointed with upper management. Where are they, who are they and what do they do? I just hope upper management takes great care of the staff who keep the place running and members happy and safe. Without them, there'll be no members!

I like the swimming pool and lanes. I wish they put online that kids swim meets were happening at the same time as the open swim, so that one could be prepared.

Overall, I am happy with the ease of using the facilities. I am glad I switched to the Y.

Instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. They make the work out fun. I just wish there were more programs earlier in the evening . Such as 4:00-4:30 classes .
