WHile I don't participate in programs or activities, just having the access, equipment and facilities is very worthwhile to me.
The people who attend classes.
There is a good variety of them
Thoughtfully presented with excellent staff in a superb facility.
The water exercises every AM 7:15 to 8:10 and 8:10 to 8:30 at the Kennett YMCA with outstanding instructors——Robin Meixner and Sandy Marts. Also the availability of the inside pool throughout the day, where our daughter, who is disabled, can swim too.
I enjoy many classes regarding stretching and strengthening and balance.

I like the workout facilities and Pickleball courts.
The pickle ball program is great! The staff are polite, courteous and helpful!
I am just learning about all your programs. I am eager to participate.
The instructors are great! Front desk personnel always have a welcoming word. Wonderful employees and programs.
I’m a lap swimmer and I love the fact that there is almost always a lane available for me. I also am ver impressed with the cleanliness of the locker rooms as well as the pool and it’s surrounding area.

Different rooms for different machines
They are very well organized. The outdoor pool should be open.
I pretty much use the equipment 'gym' area daily. It's not terribly crowded and the folks are nice.
Hours are wonderful.
First name removed is an excellent yoga instructor and the 7am time works well for me !
I absolutely love the in studio virtual classes. I’ve complained for years that the Y wasn’t inclusive for working moms based upon the times that the classes were held.
I like these classes because if I’m a little late or have to leave early, I don’t feel funny. Also, the times are really helpful because there are a lot of classes around lunch breaks and the end of the day. Thank you for putting them on.
I do have one complaint, though, often if it’s the first virtual class of the day, the video screen doesn’t come down for about five minutes into the class. Also, I was there on Sunday for a virtual class at 8 AM in the screen never came down. None of the staff knew how to make it work so I ended up leaving.
There is a broad range of activities, for a wide range of age groups, along with serving various interests and also providing some community services as well/

professionally done programs, good vibe with other participants. very happy we have this "Y".
Warm water arthritis class is both helpful and friendly. Zumba and FitLite are good for cardio.
Very laid back , Easy to socialize, Self paced,A real part of the community,
Modern, clean, well organized, courteous staff.
Lots of selection. Easy sign-up online.
Pickleball courts are great
I mainly just use the exercise equipment. I like that the equipment is always kept in good condition and is clean.
Now if you could just figure out a way to discourage the young ones from sitting on the equipment and using their phones instead of actually exercising, that would be great. I know, I sound like the get-off-my-lawn guy. LOL.
I’m a fairly new member—about six months. Not doing any programs or using a trainer.
Great variety of equipment. Friendly environment.
Grest instructors for classes!!!!
As a recent resident of Kennett Square, and joining the YMCA, the front desk staff made the transition quite welcoming! As a widowed senior they quickly introduced me to Forever Well offerings. The first of which is for 8 weeks, 2 hours a day from 1:30pm-3:30pm, every Wednesday. This offering is called: A Matter of Balance. I was also introduced to the “Cardio Room” unto a Elliptical Machine. The staff was quite helpful in explaining the Programmed Module to get started. In regard to activities, I have also recently took an Introductory Course to Pickleball. For one who does not have tennis experience, the two instructors, were extra patient.

Very nice
