Appreciate the discount for low income and this year's outdoor pool discount -- despite the use of the Kennett pool being limited. So joined Jennersville outdoor pool. Very well kept; very nice and capable staff.

Accessibility of water therapy pool without having to take classes
I like that everything is clean, especially the restrooms, lockers area, and showers.
Staff is friendly, most of the time they are smiling and listen carefully to our questions and comments. Some of them really pay attention, maintaining eye contact while we are talking.
I would love to have Qi Gong classes again but outdoors. Not indoors in a tiny room.
I would like to be able to use the warm pool between 2 and 4 PM.
It would be very nice if we knew in advance when the groups of 10 and 15 children come to the warm pool to avoid being there at those hours.
Pickleball program
Staff is great with the kids. They are very organized, friendly, patient and informative. My son loves them.
Good classes, enthusiastic instructors, clean and well equipped facilities.
Not so much: Requirement to register online prior to the classes, odd hours for the warm water pool.
I like that I am able to drop my kids off early enough to get to work at a reasonable time. With both my wife and I working, this makes it convenient. Also, my kids seem to have a really fun time at camp.

We have enjoyed camp for the kids, and are LOVING the Saturday outdoor pool open swim! We are new to the community and the kids are starting new, lasting friendships through the Y.
Wish there were more hours for child watch though.

I love how community-oriented the Kennett Y is. It's a comfortable, friendly place to be, either for training and working out, childcare, swimming, or just coffee in the lobby.
