The staff and members are very friendly without being pushy. The facilities are wonderful, nicely laid out and very clean. There are many types of activities offered and the prices are reasonable. All in all, a very nice place!

I can go anytime. There is usually no wait for equipment. There a lot of classes, even though I prefer to workout on my own. Easy parking, easy access. Friendly staff. Friendly members.

We had a very leasant experience working out at the Kennett Y while ours was getting fixed up! Loved the treadmills and the community spirit working out with the Unionville and Kennett runners!

I enjoy the ability to be involved in a wide variety of exercise options, though most of the time I use the indoor pool. I enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the company of members. The quality of the facilities is also extremely good.

Our granddaughter really enjoyed the summer camps and seemed to meet new kids and experience the different themes that were set up which kept her interested and engaged. The staff was excellent!

Well-managed and customer service oriented

Its not so much what I like, but what my daughter loves about Y-Camp. She hates to miss a day. The camp counselors truly care about the kids. I came to pick my daughter up from camp one day and she was crying. Never happened before. I was shocked. I look and all the kids are crying. Here it was one of the counselor's last day as a camp counselor. This is the kind of impression the counselors leave on these kids. They adore them and make real connections so much so that they are crushed if they have to leave early. This is just one example. All of the counselors make this kind of impact and always have. It really is the training and the people you have working for you that make all the difference. There is structure. Its positive and fun. She's made lasting relationships with her summer camp friends that she looks forward to every year. My daughter wants to be a Y-camp counselor someday. We love the Kennett YMCA.

I haven't gotten to participate in any programs yet, but I plan to, along with my kids. I love the variety available.

We love the summer camps. My daughter and son both went this summer. They loved everything about it.

On another subject....the website app is a bit complicated and NOT very user friendly. That same app on a iPhone device is worse, especially if you want to find a specific class.

Can you please provide a simple link on both the website and for devices that will download a one-page PDF of the class schedules? The branches have them available for handout, but can’t be found online anywhere. This allows a much simpler way to see the schedules at a glance. Staff at both Jennersville and Kennett locations have told me, “Yes, I wish we had that simple PDF online, but corporate is forcing this app on us. We get lots of complaints.”

Please let me know if it’s possible to get a one page PDF class schedule online for viewing and download?
