Friendly check in staff, Michelle & Gordon. Soosan is the best personal trainer and I have worked with many as I have trained for many ironman triathlon races including this year's World Championships.

What do you like about your membership?

Many of the fitness instructors are clear with their directions and all personnel are friendly and courteous. The facility is bright and clean. My only complaint is the excessive volume of music played in many classes, that really serves no purpose, and can be very uncomfortable.

The variety of classes that are available and in which there is always space.
The fact that there is always a cardio machine open.
Everyone is very nice-from other members to the staff. It is always a pleasant experience.
All areas of the facility are clean and I appreciate that greatly.

I love that so much is included with my membership. I also enjoy the member pricing on summer camps, swim lessons, and other programs. Most of all, I like that I can go to nearby YMCAs in the region.

We have the opportunity to exercise any time of day due to the many hours that the Y is open. The indoor track is great for walking when the weather outside is nt conducive to outdoor activities

I have been a member for 10+ years. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and well maintained. You are heads and shoulders above all of the other YMCAs in PA and DE. Keep up the great work.

What do you like about your membership?

The facility has all the fitness tools, machines and programs for my family needs and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful in all matters and always have a smile upon my arrival at the facility. The Kennett location is convenient to my home in Hockessin, DE. I like that this Y offers membership and program rate flexibility to accommodate lower income levels such that a diverse cross-section of the community can enjoy the offerings of the organization.

What do you like about your membership?

I am a member of the west Chester branch and love that I can access so many wonderful locations in the area. The y is clean, comfortable and the hours are convenient.

When visiting the kennett branch, I was extremely impressed with the child watch area. The workers were super nice, the hours are flexible, my kids had a great time playing with the toys and I like the sitter service option. I will definitely be back.
