Outstanding service!
We were helping an elderly relative with cleaning carpeting and rugs that had been stained by an aging dog. The dog had passed and we got Zerorez to come in to clean and treat carpeting spots and odor. Everything looked and smelled great after cleaning the carpeting. However, they did come back to retreat one spot, and they got rid of it. They also took away 4 rugs to clean and deodorize. They told us that because the area rugs were wool, it would be hard to remove the stains and odors but they would do their best. The rugs came back looking very good, but there is still a faint hint of the urine. I talked to Woodards, and they could not guarantee any better result. Zerorez was very good under the circumstances and were very honest up front about the difficulty of pet stains with wool rugs since wool is a natural product. We do not see any stains...just the very faint hint of the urine. (But these rugs had been stained over the course of many years). I've bought some Pooph to spray on them which seems good so far. Note again that the non-wool carpeting in the bedrooms was totally cleaned and there is no more urine smell.
I was very happy with Zerorez. Both gentlemen who came to clean and then to deliver the carpets were outstanding and so polite and helpful. I highly recommend them.
