All the stains are gone! The technician did a marvelous job finding and eradicating them—the carpet looks brand new. We bought this 2-year old home in November and between the party animal former residents, their actual animals, and construction we had done post move in, the carpeting was a mess. I am more than pleased with the results.

Eric did a FABULOUS and thorough job cleaning our carpeting. At my request, the 2nd person who the appointment for 4/6/21 made sure I was getting a tech who was fragrance free. Eric was, and also had no problem wearing a mask, as I am immuno-compromised.
