My technician was Eric and I praise him for his method of cleaning and his customer relationship. He listened to my concerns of certain carpet areas and was thorough and did go over those particular areas. He was sensitive to all of my concerns. He made suggestions based on what he saw would be helpful, but he was not pushy. And I appreciated his suggestions. He was careful and respectful of my home and furniture.

Mark was very professional and his knowledge of carpet and fibers and stains ( including old pet stains that I didn’t know were there) was amazing! He even used a black light to look for stains that weren’t visible! I really appreciated the dedication and pride that he took in doing a wonderful job. He was in a league of his own with regards to professionalism, success in getting our carpets clean and industry knowledge. I had never used zerorez before but I will only use this company going forward. What a difference from past experience with other companies who just try to get the job done asap and add on unnecessary costs!

I like that they use less water when cleaning and they don't use chemicals. The technician did an excellent job and my carpet never looked better!
Remington was so great! He told me what he was going to do, how it would all work, and that he was confident on getting out a stain that I just couldn't remove. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was so nice. On top of that, my carpet came out looking almost new! Your products are so incredible! Not only was there no odor, it was dry in a matter of a few hours. I have been telling everyone I know about Zerorez!
