Eric was very professional, reviewed the carpeted areas to be cleaned, explained what should be done to achieve the optimal outcome and asked if i had questions, concerns or specific issues I wanted addressed prior to starting the process. After completion, he walked the areas with me, explained the drying process and explained if there were areas after drying that needed repeat attention to please call back and request a re-do. I was impressed, Eric is the best!
Very satisfied with ZEROREZ of St. Louis's products and services. We have used ZEROREZ to clean our carpeting several times over the years. Our carpeting is 23 years old. Pet stains, wine stains and blood stains were removed....carpeting looked great after each cleaning and remained looking good for a long period of time!! The service people were respectful of our property and were very professional and courteous. They explained everything they were here to do and answered any questions my husband and I had.
We just had our air ducts/dryer vent cleaned by them for the first time and found again how professional and thorough their service people work to make sure satisfaction is performed and guaranteed!
