The tech who came out was very friendly and professional. You could tell the product they use is quality and doesn't leave any harsh chemical smells, it left my house feeling more refreshed and just overall a sense of clean that you couldn't have done on your own. The technician, Jai, was pleasant. friendly, and thorough. This is the third time I have used Zerorez, so I think that shows that I like their service and so I’m a repeat customer. I like the fact that there was only a three hour window for his arrival and that he called to say when he was on the way; he did a great job.

Antonio made an excellent suggestion on the carpets to get all the stains out. He really did his best and they look fantastic. I will definitely recommend anyone to use ZeroRez for any type of stains. My house had old dog stains that last year another rug cleaning company was unable to get out. So, I was only hoping for an improvement but did not expect a 100% improvement. Thanks again.
