The carpets get clean and it doesn’t take a great deal of time. They worked with us to insure that the floors in between the carpeted areas were not affected by any of the cleaning solution designed for the carpets.
They also were on time and called in advance. Very polite workers.
It’s still kind of early to tell but so far it seems like the urine smell in my daughter’s bedroom is gone! The guys were very friendly and professional. Kept me informed of everything and worked quickly.
