They went over the costs and I realized I had forgotten to mention a hallway and they told us the added price. Then they went to.work. the carpet looks good and we will wait to see when it dries before replacing furniture .

Zerorez was easy and convenient to schedule for the carpet cleaning at the house we plan to sell and the gentleman who was assigned to our job was so polite, professional, and quick but thorough. They also used tools to ensure they didn’t ding up your walls too, which I appreciate!

The Zerorez crew arrived on time and gave me a phone call to let me know they were on their way. We'd never had our ducts cleaned before & were not sure what to expect. Cortez and his co-worker (didn't catch his name) were professional and friendly. They thouroughly explained the entire process. They were able to show me pictures before/after of my vents which were in bad shape, full of dust! It already feels cleaner in my home and sure the A/C is running far more efficiently. We had option to add on the duct fogging ($139) described a a way to clean the vents/kill any mold or microbes, which we did. I spent more than anticipated but it was well worth it! I'd recommend ZEROREZ to clean ducts, and have to friends.
I'd heard the ads on the DGS for years now & finally hired ZEROREZ. My carpets were looking rough with a big dog and a dusty house. Jason arrived on time and confident he would make the carpet look great. He thouroughly explained the process & worked hard to remove any 'set in' stains. He asked if I wanted to add on a clean deordorizer for a 40.00 , which I did. My carpet looked fresh, clean, and stains were gone! It did cost a little more than I anticipated (fees for the stairs and hallway added on & I thought they were included) but it was worth it. I was given a small discount for bundling services (ducts cleaned earlier in the day). I'd highly recommend ZEROREZ to clean your carpets and ducts.
Antonio did an amazing job. Our carpeting in a light color and 20 years old. He made it look great. He is polite, knowledgeable, professional and diligent. He gets the job done.
